The Challenge

IntelePeer is a CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solution provider, focused on supporting enterprise businesses to enrich their customer experience, drive revenue, and decrease operational costs using automation and AI.

Our challenge was to developed a campaign that communicated to IT managers that IntelePeer provides organizations with best-in-class customer experience, a complete on-premise or cloud-based communication solution, and easy to use platform for users—all without sacrificing security.

 

The Solution

Good thing come to those who… get into the trenches of a product or solution to really understand how it works. Our campaign concept—Digitally Fluent—was born after a product demo with a sale rep who showcased the simplicity of the no-code drag and drop workflow platforms to show just how easy it was to deliver a customer top-notch customer experience was.

We used the demo as visual inspiration to engage our audiences and to speak to them in their digital language. We met each of our persona’s in their customer journey, offering custom content that would speak to their pain points and how IntelePeer could solve them. We targeted both contact center and IT managers using display, social, landing pages, webinars, podcasts, and an eBooks,—all explaining how they could drive world-class customer experiences across every device and app.
